1 lb Ground Turkey or Beef
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsps Parmesan Cheese
A few sprinkles of garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl like you would for meatloaf. Once mixed, divid into 4 parts. Roll each part into a long cigar so that you have 4 long cigars. Place all 4 cigars on a cookie shieet and bake for about 25 minutes. When ready, grab a few slices and let them defrost or microwave them for just a few seconds.
(A quicker way to do this is to either put it in a meatloaf pan and cook like a meatloaf. When done, slice it up into small squares and drop into a ziplock freezer bag. Remove a handful as needed, drop into a plastic container and refrigerate. OR use a large jellyroll pan instead of a meatloaf pan, spread your "dough" out thin, slice with a pizza cutter after cooking and store in ziplock bags and plastic containers as previously explained.)
