Once in a while we get a cute story or one that touches our hearts that we feel other pet lovers would appreciate. With all the sad things we see, it's nice to read something that lifts our pet-spirits. We thought it would be nice to share some of these with our fellow pet lovers!
If you have a funny, interesting or "touch your heart" kind of story that you think will put a smile on the faces of others like yourself, feel free to send them to us and we'll see about getting your contribution posted on our web site. Please include the author information if you have it.

If your pet is displaying an unwanted behavior and you feel it would not be good to have around children - remember - your pet can be retrained. As a result, your child will have a loving companion. Before you think of "getting rid" of your pet, you may want to consider what you'd be taking away from your family. This is one of the kindest things I've ever experienced. I have no way to know who sent it, but there is a kind soul working in the dead letter office of the US postal service. Our 14 year old dog, Abbey, died last month. The day after she died, my 4 year old daughter Meredith was crying and talking about how much she missed Abbey.
